This is ideal, I will give you a written test that will tell us your body type.

From there I will give you menu choices and you can pre-order foods custom

made for you and your body type.

This takes the guess work out of balanced eating, weight and health

management. Organic foods are all I serve. Taste is never sacrificed

and the gourmet style will satisfy and be all that food is meant to be

...good.

I offer full package's that can be for a full one month's supply of pre-made

organic meals or one week pre-selected meals. You select the foods from the

menu for diet optimum results from foods.
