I was asked recently why I named my clinic Blue Iris Sanctuary
Well there are two reasons.  Firstly, the Blue Iris or Blue Flag
is one of the herbal remedies I used to over come fourth stage liver cancer
which had spread throughout my body.  Second, this particular Blue Iris that I use
in the logo is a Rocky Mountain Blue Iris. I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado
and my family still have a cabin in the mountains to this day.  

I love the term Sanctuary which denotes safe harbour or respite from trouble.  
I am devoted to bringing into being a place where people can come and heal.  

 Welcome to Blue Iris Sanctuary.

Once all transactions and appointments are set,
a 48 hour notice of cancellation is required.
 If you do not notify me  before the appointment, $50.00 is charged anyway.
Directions will be given to our location once you have been accepted through an interview.
This is for your benefit as well as mine.  If we are not suited for one another then this
should be reviewed and recommendations can be made.







Agreement of  Indemnity

The health suggestions and opinions of Cynthia Adelle Schultz are based upon her personal  
experience and that of her research over the years.  Due to the current laws, that do not allow
personal health freedoms in these United States I am forced to protect myself.  It is lawful for the
medical industry to kill you and poison you and define your diseases by pharmaceutical drug
definitions, but it is not lawful for you or I to address our health issues via alternative methods.  
Until our laws start to reflect the truth and not what lobbyists and Federal Government Institutions
decide we are stuck.  

I must have you copy and sign and release me and all concerned with Blue Iris Sanctuary from
responsibility.  We also recognize fully that some people will modify and not fully follow instruction
nor inform of their drug usage or health issues in full and are potentially litigious.

We must protect ourselves from such persons.  If you are not one of these you will fully
understand and have no problem with this document; if you do have a problem with this document,
then we are not meant  to work together.  We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
